RMA Service

In view of protecting our customers’ rights and showing the excellent after- sale service of Flyon Industrial Co., Ltd, we make the service stipulations according to the related laws of China.

Warranty Period: 12 months from the date the shipment.

RMA Scope: 

A. The defects are caused by design faults or quality faults under correct operation.

B. The following conditions are not in our RMA Scope.
1. The products are not produced by Flyon Industrial Co., Ltd
2. The defects are beyond the Warranty Period.
3. The products have been changed by the third parts, which are not authorized by Flyon Industrial Co., Ltd
4. The defects are caused by the improper operation.
5. The defects are caused by the accident
6. The defects are caused by other conditions, which are not due to the fault of Flyon Industrial Co., Ltd

RMA Procedure: 

1. Make sure the goods are our products and within warranty.
2. Buyer send RMA details to your account manager first by E-mail.
3. We will assign a RMA number to customer within 3 days if our engineers confirm the defects were caused by design faults or quality faults.
4. Buyer send back the defective products within one week to us with freight prepaid.
5. We will check the arrived goods and send our confirmation within 4 days of the RMA arrival.
6. The repairing period is normally in three to four weeks. If the goods cannot be returned on time, we will inform our customer and provide the solution.
7. We will send out the repaired goods to customer with freight prepaid.
